Cassette Handling System
The Cassette Automation Handling Systems comply with Clean Room Class 10 requirements and have been custom designed to interface with the Wash system. The systems incorporate a unique design to cater for universal handling of different product sizes without the need for product change.

Cassette Drying System

• System developed to achieve rapid and efficient drying of media cassettes for hard-disk industry.
• Incorporates an air-blow module and an oven module.
• Blower module blows away water particles present on media cassettes by using pressurized CDA from facility.
• Hot air is circulated in the oven module to ensure that all remaining moisture on the cassettes is evaporated and the cassettes are dried completely.
