Syringe Assembly System

The Syringe Assembly System was conceived, designed & manufactured to perform complete assembly integration of the 3cc Safety Syringes from the below mentioned customer supplied components.

1. Hub
2. Cannula
3. Barrel
4. Snap Cap
5. Barrel
6. Plunger
7. Bungee
8. Plunger Seal
9. Mandrel ‘O’ Ring

The operation sequence is as follows:

1. Printing of Barrels.
2. Cannula and Hub assembly.
3. Hub and Barrel assembly.
4. Plunger and Bungee assembly.
5. Final assembly.
6. Autoloader

The system processes the Lancet Needles of diameter 0.8mm and 0.45 mm. The needles are first singulated individually and precisely and then accurately placed on a transfer table. The needles are then picked up by a high-speed, high-precision SCARA Robot, which transfers them to the Molding station and accurately placed on a mold short.

The system achieves multiple pick-up and place of up to 16 components, easy product conversion.
The system incorporates Vision Inspection module to inspect the following quality parameters: Good mold, Pins OK, Extra Pin, Missing Pin, Short mold, Empty mold, Invalid.
