• Conceive, Design and realize an innovative and cost effective solution to achieve rapid and efficient drying of media handling cassettes (immediately after the wash process).
• To conform to Clean room Class 10 requirements.
  

Solution

• Successfully realized system, which incorporates an air-blow module and an oven module.
• Blower module blows away water particles present on media cassettes by using pressurized CDA from facility.
• Hot air is circulated in the oven module to ensure that all remaining moisture on the cassettes is evaporated and the cassettes are dried completely.
• Achieves rapid and efficient drying of the media cassettes!
